Bisoux De Lune Terms of Service for Wedding Photography

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of Bisoux De Lune for wedding photography, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

Bisoux De Lune offers wedding photography services, including but not limited to:

  • Pre-wedding consultation
  • Photography coverage on the wedding day
  • Post-production editing
  • Delivery of digital images

3. Booking and Payment

  1. Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of %50 is required to secure your date.
  2. Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due prior to your event.
  3. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via ACH wire transfer and/or mobile application.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  1. Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your booking, the booking fee will not be refunded.
  2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your wedding date, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.

5. Responsibilities

  1. Client Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate details about the wedding schedule and locations.
  • Ensure that all necessary permissions are obtained for photography.
  1. Photographer Responsibilities:
  • Arrive on time and conduct themselves professionally.
  • Deliver edited digital images after the wedding or event once work is completed.

6. Usage of Images

  1. Client Rights: You will receive a digital gallery of edited images for personal use.
  2. Photographer Rights: Bisoux De Lune retains the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, portfolio, resale of images on products and materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bisoux De Lune is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the photography services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

9. Amendments

Bisoux De Lune reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
